With Visual pinMAME, I can't think of any other programs it would be used with, so it would seem logical(all licensing differences aside) to bundle them together. Why? It's always been this way, 2- visual pinmame is a separate program with its own licensing terms, and they are released at different times so why include extra copies of programs you might already have rather than just the latest copy of this single program? I dunno. As you do not need vbs scripts, pinmame, roms, or other plugin accessories to run visual pinball, they are not included in this.
